I believe now ‘Brazil’ – soccer crazy nation

Soccer is the one and only global game, no doubt about it. Looking at some of the FIFA WORLD CUP build up news, i am convinced now BRAZIL is undoubtedly a soccer crazy nation. I had come across a news articles which talks about Brazilian president plea to the nation of coming united to support “THE SAMBA KINGS”. Politicians usually wish the team, but Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva wants the country to unite for the World Cup and end the debate over the squad that coach Dunga has assembled for the tournament. Calling up the entire country to support their national football team by a president clearly says, SOCCER IS PART OF BRAZILIANS LIFE.

Following speech is taken from one of his weekly radio program “Coffee with the President.”

I want us to win the World Cup,” Silva said. “I believe Dunga has called up the best players we have at the moment. It’s not just a team of great individuals, but rather a team that works together and is motivated. If it’s God will, it will be Brazil against some other team”

This year’s Brazil teams includes fewer stars, and Dunga has been criticized for not picking players like AC Milan play-maker Ronaldinho. Five-time champion Brazil plays in Group G and faces North Korea, Ivory Coast and Portugal.

Have to wait for another 10 days for the fantastic event on the planet to kickoff. Remember Brazil topped latin american group to qualify for FIFA WORLD CUP FINALS in style. I expect nothing but win from THE SAMBA KINGS.
