My (Tough)Time with MJ – Michael Jackson-king of pop
8mjc7xanv3 King of pop, Biggest celebrity of my time, Greatest entertainer of my generation, incredible choreographer to my knowledge is no more. I am not here to talk about his achievements are tragic flaw as human being. 750 million record album copies sale, 13 albums, various record holder, Let these records be aside, This post is not enough to share his accolades and mistakes.
As a true fan my simple message on his sudden demise is
May his soul rest is peace, let them say that I followed giants. Men rise and fall like the winter wheat, but these names will never die. Let them say I lived in the time o Michael Jackson. “Remake of Troy dialogue – Never mind”
My Time with MJ is in a virtual way, video way and technology way. I use to see his video albums right from y early child hood. Between 2001-2005 i did close to 25 stage dance shows in my college. Idea of dance show is nothing but entertainment. I never mind to copy steps from pop, rap, and movie song videos. They are the source of inspiration and dance knowledge.
Albums of Michael Jackson,
- Got to Be There (1972)
- Ben (1972)
- Music and Me (1973)
- Forever, Michael (1975)
- Off the Wall (1979)
- Thriller (1982)
- Bad (1987)
- Dangerous (1991)
- HIStory (1995)
- Invincible (2001)
Toughest steps to copy are MJ’s dance movements. He is not just fast too techie. He can make each one of his fingers and muscles to dance. There were times when i have to monitor his movements 100s of time to redo a 3 second movement. Real tough time with MJ is when myself and group of friends ( Rao, Ganesh, Bala, Tamil, and Raja) showcased MJ’s stage show (MTV) of Dangerous in our final year Group dance event. Our college group mavericz’05 is still remembered in ACCET for such a wonderful eye catchy performance. Real credit to Michael Jackson (MJ), We are just reflection, Source is MJ.

Rest in Peace Michael - King of Dance, King of Pop
