liverpool vs manutd – EPL classic

liverpool-vs-manutdDescribed to be “the game” of league calendar, This 25th october present champions Red devils will take on All Red Liverpool at anfield. 18 Premiership titles between them, Red devils and Red’s  between them, Millions of fans around the world between them and superb 11 member squad between them guarantees undoubted entertainment to any soccer fan. A win against Red’s is something manutd squad missed in the last time. Rafa Benitez’s team completed the double over United last term, including a 2-1 home victory without either Fernando Torres or Steven Gerrard in the starting line-up. Playing at anfield is always a threat to any club, Next to fan’s of Toons (Newcastle United) Threatening crowd voice at anfield will play a huge role.

As usual Rafa is so confident about his team’s journey towards premiership title. He is expecting Football club liverpool to place an end on awful performance. They last twice in the last 3 games. His new signing for this season Johnson is expected to play, but fingers crossed. Like last season Gerrard and Torres are expected to be absent for the important sunday afternoon kick off.

Praising but confident voice of Rafael,

“They are a good team with a lot of good players – not just one player,” he said. “It will be a tough test for us but it’s always like this.

On the other hand Red devil’s manager Alex would like to keep the lead going. Two of his successful players in this season Wayne Rooney – calf injury (leading scorer for the club), and anchor midfield Fletcher – foot injury is doubtful. Big boost to manutd squad is good old combination return Pole guarded by edwin, and four anchor pillars Rio, Vidic, Evra, and Brown. Couple of young lads also showed their Red devil character in Champions league game against CSK.The good news for United is that Patrice Evra and Ryan Giggs, who both picked up knocks against Bolton and didn’t travel to Moscow, have both been passed fit, while Ji-sung Park has definitely been ruled out.

Alex Voice,

The United-Liverpool fixture, as I’ve said many times, is without question a massive game. There’s no doubt that van der Sar back makes a difference. We go into the game in decent form, and there is a confidence to our play. But it’s a derby game and anything can happen. Going to Anfield at any time is hard, for both teams. It won’t be any different on Sunday.

Looking forward to Red devil’s performance @ Anfield. Enjoy the Game.
