Good and Bad are same – Thoughts of Simba

On Monday to Friday (Working days)  at my Bed,

When i ask myself about best part of my day, 90% of the time my answer is “My work at Office”

When i ask myself about worst part of my day, almost all the time my answer is “My Work at Office”

The same place, almost same set of people Two different results.

Suffice to say they are same. Good and Bad are same, only my perception, outcome of the even changes. My reactions to the event controls the outcome. No one want to be bad, But still when it is about questioning your integrity, Morality, self-made principles. We tend to react end up in loosing temper. It is easy to say control your emotions, but hard to follow. A well known fact is 90% of our actions are depends upon 10 % of our reaction. Bad temper initiated from 105 of the morning time in home with wife/mum/dad/brother/sister can spoil your 90% of the remaining day.

Let me learn the habit of look through. Let me understand real difference between Good and Bad. When it is from the same source why they are antonyms ?
