Enlgish premier league – Who will be the champion?

Richest professional football league in the world, EPL – English premier league is in the half way with December 27th game. 19 more games from now on will decide EPL champions, I predict one among the famous three clubs (Man utd, chelsea, Arsenal) with Tottenham, Manchester City and Aston villa FC have the best chance to grab the silverware. To be very precise others do not have any chance, considering the players quality(squad), goal difference and forth coming games. Current point table of top 6 clubs are as follows,

1. Chelsea (19) 42
2. Man Utd (19) 40
3. Arsenal (18) 38
4. Aston Villa (19) 35
5. Tottenham (19) 34
6. Manchester City (18) 32

Among these six teams, Clear winner can be only three ARSENAL, MAN UNITED and CHELSEA. Kind of player they have in the squad, and the amount of top class soccer game experience these team’s poses are remarkable. From these three club, I choose MAN UNITED and ARSENAL. Together they won many premiership title in the past.

Why not Chelsea?

Chelsea will drop more points considering forth coming African cup of nations, and international duties. Chelsea’s dependence on drogba, kalu, and essien eliminates them from title winners. The number of age old payers they have with injury concerns of the past. Big collapse in the defense, prolonged injuries from John terry, simply their defense combination is not working good at a time when other teams are doing good.

Manchester United or Arsenal?

Big question to answer. Two equally strong team, strong supporters, Good form with respect to season demand. Injury concerns are also equal. Manutd has problem with defense, Arsenal has problem in attacking combination, Van persie and Bendtner are injured. Educardo is yet to get a good touch, Nasri and fabregas have niggles as well. Having consider all the factor, I would say Arsenal FC will give big competition to present champions Manchester united. Manutd are not in a good rhythm too, If they come up with winning combination, Gunners can not stop for sure.

I predict Arsenal FC to be 2010 EPL champions, If alex’s magic works Manchester united can become  the only English club to take 4 consecutive premiership titles. I wish Sir alex magic works.
