2010 FIFA world cup – New Zealand National Team

National football team from New zealand, is getting ready for their second world cup finals appearance due to start on june 2010. The only qualified team from OFC (Oceania Football Confederation) called as ALL WHITES. Most of the sports representation from New Zealand always carries ALL BLACKS as a nick name, soccer team is a exception to this. All whites are grouped with slovakia, paraguay, and Italy. Unseeded tea qualified second time to football world cup 2010 after their first appearance in 1982. A well known striker from NZ is shane smeltz, his great striking skills have brought many shields to All whites. They are due to play a friendly against Mexico before getting in to South African soil for one of the biggest tournament of our planet FIFA world cup 2010.

In my blog with preview to 2010 FIFA WC, i will be classifying teams in to three major divisions. Title contenders, Droppers and Black horse. NZ national football team is a black horse, If they come up with an upset to paraguay, and solekia (Should be). NS can enter in to knock-out stage of the tournament.
