Human Resource Management – Anchor to strike the balance

I typed the word “BLOGGING” in my MS office 2003 word writer, and felt very bad to have the red colored underline to denote it as a misspelled word. When the whole WWW users have adopted blogging as the next big internet activity, MS built-in dictionary do not have blog, or blogging, as the correct spelled word. I do like to adopt blogging as a everyday activity. Let’s see how better blogging can be synced to my day today life.My brother has quoted the following few lines as the quotes he come across in one of his colleagues email, “I am LionI hunt for moneyIf your expectation is loyalty Hire a DogI am lion A lesson to all the employees and employers of our society, Very simple lines but conveys many meaningful messages. Loads of management lesson to extract from, with explanations to paradigm sift in the way people think and feel about the work they do. Management theories of old time have to really rewrite the reasoning of the past to adopt the ever changing Industry of our time.The world in which we live in is no longer the isolated well compounded industrial relations of old time. An employer gets the option to choose from many, At favoring times employees get the opportunity to decide the best among the available offers. In either case it is not only the responsibility of the employer to fix the opt one from the available but also the responsibility of the employee to choose the choice for his purpose. 

  1. The quote is good in the way it is phrased. Practically other factors should also be looked at no doubt money is the major facto.
  2. Loyalty is not an inborn characteristic. Employers should take the responsibility to create a conducive co-operative environment for loyalty creation. The best option make a straight line Do your work get the pay.

 My intention is not just to analyze an X persons signature. But To emphasis the importance of the Balanced Multidimensional HUMANRESOURCE management role in any organization.
